ABOUT ME
Dr Bouwer's passion lies in connecting with people through actively listening to their stories and helping them develop a healthy, balanced and sustainable lifestyle. She firmly believes in the connection between the mind-body-spirit and integrates these aspects in her management. With a special interest in Functional Medicine she focusses on the root cause of disease and uses an Integrative and holistic approaches to manage symptoms and find balance through prolonged consults if requested.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband. She loves running, the beach and reading on topics of interest.
